Charles Dunstan is located in Augusta, Georgia and is a founding member of 3D Development. His experience includes single tenant net leased development, residential development, shopping center redevelopment, site selection, and brokerage. Mr. Dunstan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology from the University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. Mr. Dunstan holds and active broker’s license in Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina and South Carolina.

Doug George is a Houston, TX based veteran of the commercial real estate development and brokerage industries. He helped to co-found 3D Development in 2008 after years of working in retail development, tenant representation, project leasing, land acquisition/disposition, and brokerage of income-producing properties. Doug holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from The University of Texas - McCombs School of Business as well as a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business.

He brings years of experience developing for national retail and hospitality brands as well as extensive leasing and brokerage experience. Frank graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
